BB30 for Shimano MTB
BB30 central shells on mountain bikes call for a special threaded bottom bracket when installing Shimano cranks. Our Bottom Bracket threads into itself and holds the bearings outside the bottom bracket to work with Shimano.
Our shells come with CeramicSpeed Bearings installed. Standard Bearings and Coated Bearings are available. Both feature our low-drag CeramicSpeed Balls. Both have hardened-steel races. The Coated has a coating on the races for less drag and greater durability.
